🚨 Important Update: New Appointment System from 8th September! 🚨
Starting 8th September, Saffron Health are introducing a Total Triage system to make it easier for patients to contact the practice and to ensure GP appointments are offered based on medical priority.
🔹 How It Works:
- Routine Appointments: Fill out a simple online form on our website and our Triage Team will assess your request. If you don’t have internet access or need help, no worries—just give us a call, and our reception team will help! The form will be available to use 8am-6.30pm Monday to Friday.
- Urgent Appointments: If you need urgent care, call us directly, and a GP will assess your request.
🔹 When Can You See a GP?
- Same Day for urgent needs 🚑
- Within 5 Working Days for less urgent issues 📅
- Within 10 Working Days for routine issues ⏳
